Women's Wellness
SHERO (She Heals Emerges Rises and Overcomes) Women's Wellness - This is a 6 to 12-month program for women of all ages who seek to realize and attain their personal goal and improve overall wellness. Focused heavily on self-care and emotional intelligence, this program supports women working on a variety of goals anywhere from career to physical wellness.
We - Couples Program
WE (U and U connect to make We) - Couple's Coaching - This is a 6-month program for couples who are seeking support prior to nuptials, experiencing challenges in an existing marriage or relationships, or couples who are looking to obtain additional tools and resources to enrich current relationship. Relationship topics range from communication, sex, finances, parenting, love & intimacy, and more.
Daddy's Daughters
Daddy's Daughters - A 6-month outpatient program for young ladies ages 13-19 who have been affect by a caregiver, parent, or guardian who struggles with substance use disorder. This program also offers services for young ladies ages 13-19 who struggle with emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, self-image, adjustment disorder, social barriers, and more.
